We have one vet so you get seen by the same person each time - very important indeed; and we have three nurses. A small team who will get to know your pets personally.

Our standards and facilities mean that we are an Approved Nurse Training Practice, taking trainee nurses through to qualification.

Charmaine started as a work experience placement and after a brief period at the Royal Veterinary College returned as a full time member of staff. She is the one who will organise pet passports for you. With Meryl, she is responsible for night duties.

As vets we have many roles: GP, dentist, radiologist, ultrasonographer, surgeon, and diagnostician. Such a broad training means that one vet can follow a case through from start to finish which is good for the patient and conforting for you.
